You will find us at Speedway Surgical Co. right in the heart of Delhi. Our shop is at 1586/31 in the M.J. Building, which is part of the famous Bhagirath Palace market. If you have ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know how incredibly crowded and energetic it is. It is the kind of place where you have to dodge carts and people just to get through the narrow lanes. Our space is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes and surgical supplies. There isn't much room to move around, but we know exactly where everything is. We do not have a fancy reception area or air-conditioned offices. It is just us, the inventory, and a lot of customers coming in and out all day long. The noise from the market is constant, but we have learned to work right through it. We have been here for a long time, and we have seen the market change through the decades. We do not bother with fancy business strategies or corporate branding. We just talk to the people who come in, figure out what they need, and get it for them. It is a very old-school way of doing things, based on handshakes and long-term relationships. We usually close up late after a long day of dealing with the chaos of Old Delhi. It is tiring, but it is the only way we know how to run our business.
