Special Tools Pvt Ltd has its home at 51, Gali No. 07, in Mansarover Park. We’re tucked away in Shahdara, Delhi, which is a pretty active area for businesses like ours. Being at 110032 means we’re right in the heart of things. The shop isn't massive, but we make use of every inch of space we have for our tools. Dealing with precision tools requires a bit of focus, and we try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic. It’s an old-school way of working, really. We don’t use much jargon or have complicated processes. We just see what needs doing and we do it. The street can be a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out. Most people who come to see us are locals or regulars who have known us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the tools we provide are what people actually need for their own work. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over twice. The office part is just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork and take calls. It feels like a real family business even though we're a private limited company. We’ve been in Gali No. 07 for a long time and don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It suits us just fine here.
