Soroo is located on the first floor of Universal Plaza, specifically at 13/20 in Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s one of the busiest markets around, and it’s always packed with people and shops. Our spot in Universal Plaza is right in the middle of all that energy. Being on the first floor, we’re slightly removed from the street noise, but you can still feel the buzz of the area. We handle a variety of products, and our office is usually full of samples and boxes ready to be moved. It’s a tight space because real estate in Karol Bagh is hard to come by, but we make it work. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure everything is running. We spend our days talking to vendors, checking stock, and meeting customers who drop by. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People know us because we’re here every day and we treat them fairly. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and shelves, but it’s where all the decisions happen. We’ve been part of the Karol Bagh scene for a bit and we enjoy the fast pace of the market. It’s a lot of work to keep up with everything, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just do our thing.
