Our shop is right in the middle of the chaos at Lajpat Rai Market. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded and busy it is every single day. We are at number 475. Sonus Electronics Corp has been in this market for a long time. It’s a small space, like most of the shops here, and it’s packed from floor to ceiling with electronic parts, wires, and gadgets. There’s always people walking by and vendors shouting about their wares. We spend a lot of time helping customers who are looking for very specific components they can’t find anywhere else. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s just how the market life is. We don't have a fancy website or a big back office. It’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes we have to climb up a shaky ladder to find a box that’s been sitting on the top shelf for months. We know most of the other shop owners around here, and we often help each other out with parts. It’s a tight-knit community in Lajpat Rai. We open up early and don't close until the market starts to quiet down in the late evening. It’s a lot of talking to people and testing parts on the spot to show they actually work. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we're not. It’s just a regular electronics business in a very busy part of town. We’ve been here long enough to see things change, but our shop stays the same.
