Soni Steel Works

Soni Steel Works is our small workshop in the Dabri Village Market. We are in Shop Number 2, which is really close to the bridge. You can usually hear us before you see us because of all the metalwork going on. We work with steel every day. It’s a lot of cutting, grinding, and welding. The shop gets pretty hot, especially when the sun is out and we have the torches running. We make things like window grills, gates, and small steel parts. It’s a dusty place with metal shavings on the floor, but that’s just a workshop for you. We don't have a fancy office or any soft chairs. It’s just us and our tools. My family has been doing this kind of work for a long time. People from around the village come to us when they need something strong that will last. We don't have a website or any big marketing. Most of our customers are just people who walk in or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes we have to go out and take measurements at someone’s house, which is a good break from the shop. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it’s good work. We just focus on making things that are solid. If you’re looking for a steel shop near the bridge, that’s us. We keep it simple and just do the job. We are usually here six days a week, from morning till the sun goes down.
