Sona Fashions

Sona Fashions is up on the 4th floor of No. 1472/13 in Govindpuri, Kalkaji. It is a bit of a hike to get up here, but we don't mind the stairs too much. The building is right in the thick of Govindpuri, so there is always something happening outside. We use this space as our fashion workshop. It is where we do all the cutting and stitching for the clothes we make. Since we are on the fourth floor, we get some decent light from the windows, which helps when we are working with small needles and threads. The room is not very large, so we have to stay organized, though it often gets cluttered with fabric scraps and different colored bobbins. We are not a big factory. We are just a small team of people who know how to sew and put garments together. We do not have a fancy showroom or a place for people to wait. It is just a working space. Most of our orders come from people who have known us for a long time. We do not do any advertising or social media stuff. We just focus on the garments on our tables. Kalkaji is a busy area, and we fit right in with all the other small businesses around here. We work hard, sometimes late into the evening if a big order is due. It is just an honest way to make a living, and we have been doing it this way for quite some time now.
