Somson Industries

Our factory is located at F-121 in Sector-3 of the DSIIDC Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is quite a distance from the main city, and it’s a place where you really see the industrial side of things. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of machinery is constant throughout the day. We have a fairly large space here to accommodate our production lines and the raw materials we need for Somson Industries. It’s a dusty environment, and the heat inside the shed can be quite intense during the peak of summer. We have big exhaust fans that hum along all day to keep the air moving. Our work is physical and repetitive, but we have a good group of people here who have been with us for years. We usually eat our lunch together in a small corner we cleared out near the back exit. It’s not the most glamorous location, being surrounded by other factories and warehouses, but it’s where we get things done. The roads in Sector-3 can be a bit rough, so we are always careful when we are loading up the finished goods for transport. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just come in every morning, start up the machines, and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple, hardworking life out here in the industrial area, and that suits us just fine. The rainy season makes the roads out here quite messy.
