You have to head into the heart of the old city to find us. Snow Valves & Coils is located on the first floor of 2856/111, in Gali Ghasi Ram. It’s right there in Gali Shirkiwalan, which is a place that never really sleeps. The lanes are narrow and always crowded with people and rickshaws. We’ve got our office and storage up the stairs. It’s a bit of a climb with heavy boxes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The rooms are packed with valves and coils of all sizes. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of space, but we always find a way to fit one more crate. The air in the gali is usually full of the smell of street food and the noise of the market. It’s a very different world from the modern office parks. We do all our work from this small hub, handling orders and talking to suppliers who navigate these same narrow streets. It can be chaotic, especially during the festive seasons, but there is a rhythm to it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know where every single part is kept. It’s an old-school way of doing business, based on being right where the action is in the market. We’ve been here for a long time and our neighbors are like family. It is a tight space but we make it work.
