Singh Signages And Advertising, also known as Ad Enterprises, is located on the second floor of Plot No 4 in the Tilak Nagar Industrial Area. Being so close to the Subhash Nagar Metro Station is actually quite handy for the staff getting to work every morning. We do a lot of signage work, which means there is often a bit of a mess with materials and tools laying around the office. It’s a working space, not a gallery. We make signs for all sorts of shops and businesses, sometimes doing small boards and other times much larger advertisements. The building we are in is typical for this part of Delhi, a bit old but it serves our purpose well enough. You can hear the metro trains every now and then, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that; we just take orders as they come in and try to finish them before the deadlines. Usually, things are pretty busy, especially when a lot of shops are opening up at once. We’ve been in this Tilak Nagar spot for some time now and most of our neighbors are also in some kind of manufacturing or trade. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, making things that people use to show off their own businesses.
