Our place is over in Uttam Nagar West, specifically in Om Vihar Phase-1. We have three shop units together, numbers 10, 11, and 12, which gives us enough room to work on a lot of laptops at once. If you’re coming by the metro, we’re really easy to spot because we are right near Metro Pillar No-702. The sound of the metro overhead is something you just get used to when you work here. Since we focus on Apple notebooks, the shop is usually full of MacBooks in various states of being repaired. We have workbenches set up with small tools and lights everywhere. It’s not like one of those shiny stores in a mall; it’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. The area around Uttam Nagar is always crowded, and being near the pillar means there’s a lot of foot traffic. We have shelves full of screens, keyboards, and internal parts that we’ve collected over time. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic and the metro, but inside we just focus on the machines. There are usually a few of us here, hunched over motherboards or talking to customers about their battery issues. We’ve been at this Om Vihar location for a good bit of time now, and it’s just our regular routine to show up and start fixing whatever comes in. It’s simple, honest work in a busy part of Delhi.
