Safdarjung Enclave is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but it still has its busy moments. We are over at B4/160, which is basically a converted space that serves as our main hub for Simpex Pharma. It’s not a big office building; it feels more like a house that ended up full of desks and medicine samples. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk past us twice before they realize they’re in the right place. Inside, the rooms are a bit small, and we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes that are waiting to be sent out to the distributors. We spend a lot of our time on the computer, tracking orders and talking to people on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don't have a dress code, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about where a delivery truck is parked, and we have to go out and move it. It’s just the usual daily stuff. We don't have a lot of meetings or long speeches about goals. We just check what needs to be delivered today and we make sure it happens. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps us busy enough without being too much to handle.
