We are over at C-8 in the SMA Industrial Estate, just off the GT Karnal Road. It’s a typical industrial spot, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. The building has been here for a while and you can tell. Inside, we handle different automotive solutions, which basically means a lot of technical work and getting our hands greasy. The SMA area is always humming with activity, and we are just one part of that. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without being told too much. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone working on a part or moving a crate. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we need. We keep a lot of tools around and sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered when we have a big project going on. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or carpets because they would just get ruined in a week. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or finishing up orders that need to go out. The GT Karnal Road traffic is something we’ve just learned to live with over the years. It’s a busy life here, but it’s what keeps the business going. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a hard-working shop in a busy estate doing our daily tasks.
