Shyn Industries

Shyn Industries is located right in the middle of Naraina Industrial Area Phase-I. It's a loud part of town but perfect for what we do. We've been in this building, A-9, for quite a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with orders to worry about that. We handle manufacturing and industrial supplies. It’s mostly metalwork and assembly stuff. The guys on the floor know their stuff. They don’t talk much, they just get to work when the whistle blows in the morning. I spend most of my day on the phone or checking the inventory in the back room. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have big fans that help a bit. Our neighbors are all similar shops, so we help each other out with tools or advice sometimes. It’s a tight-knit community here in Naraina. We don't have a big website or anything. If someone needs something, they usually just call or drop by the gate. We keep things simple. There’s no big corporate board or fancy meetings. We just look at what needs to be made today and we make it. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, and everyone has to wait. That’s just life in Phase-I. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here. Most of our staff lives nearby and we close up early on Saturdays to get back to our families.
