Shubnam Auto Parts is found at Plot No 1271/3 in Naiwala, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. Naiwala is famous for being the place to go if you need anything for a bike or a car, and we are right in the middle of those narrow lanes. The shop isn't very large, but we manage to fit a lot of stock into the space we have. It’s a bit of a maze inside with stacks of tires, boxes of spark plugs, and various metal components piled up. The air usually smells a bit like oil and rubber, which is normal for this kind of business. We spend our days talking to mechanics and owners who are looking for specific parts that are hard to find elsewhere. It’s a busy life and we don't get much downtime during the day. The tea guy comes around a couple of times and that’s about the only break we take. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If you want to know what we have, you just have to come by and ask. Sometimes the traffic in Naiwala is so bad that even a cycle can’t get through, but somehow the business keeps moving. We’ve been at this plot for years and we know the other shop owners on the street quite well. It’s a tight community of people just trying to make a living. We don't have a set lunch time, we just eat when it's quiet. It's worked for us for a long time.
