We’ve been here at Rz-C-99 in Dabri Extension for a while now. If you know East New Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here most days. Our office isn't anything fancy or high-end, just a regular spot where we handle the finance paperwork for transport stuff. Most days it’s just the sound of traffic outside and us working through the stacks of files. Getting here can be a bit of a crawl depending on the time of day because the roads are always packed, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first opened the doors, but the vibe remains the same. People stop by, ask questions about truck loans or whatever else is on their mind, and we try to help them out. It's mostly just routine work, keeping things moving for the drivers and owners who come through. There’s a tea stall not far from the corner where we usually grab a drink during the afternoon slump to keep ourselves going. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just keep at it and wait for things to reset. It’s a local operation, nothing too corporate or over the top. We just focus on getting the paperwork done so people can get back on the road. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the East New Delhi side of things. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of logbooks.
