Shri Radha Anant Agrotech Llp is located in the basement of B 21 in Jangpura Extension. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. Being in the basement means it’s nice and cool during the hot months. The office is filled with shelves of agrotech supplies and files. We spend a lot of time organizing things and checking our inventory. It’s a small team of us working here. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to be careful not to trip over things. Jangpura Extension is a pleasant neighborhood with some trees around. We often go out for a walk during our lunch break. Our work involves a lot of coordination with suppliers. We use old-fashioned ledgers for some things because they never crash. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes the basement gets a little damp when it rains hard, but we manage. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy website. People just call us when they need something. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We enjoy the quiet of the basement. Most days we are here from nine until six. It’s a good, solid place to work.
