Shri Hari Associates

Shri Hari Associates is located at Shop No 619/23 on the 100 Feet Road in Chattarpur. We are right opposite the Arya Samaj Mandir, so it’s easy to find us if you’re looking. The road outside is always full of cars and people, which keeps things lively throughout the day. We started this work because we knew the Chattarpur area was growing fast and people needed someone who actually knew the local lanes and colonies without making things too complicated. Our shop is small, but we keep it organized and functional. We mostly deal with residential apartments and some of the farmhouses nearby that need a lot of attention. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between landlords and tenants to get things right. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything under the sun. We just show the places we have on our list and let the property speak for itself. If a place has a bad water connection or the street gets flooded during the heavy monsoon rain, we make sure to mention it clearly. We spend our afternoons riding around on our old scooters to meet clients or check on new listings that just came up. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes and out of the office. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork for a sale, but usually, we like to head home when the sun goes down and the street lights come on. People around the temple know us as regulars.
