We started Shivam Neuro And Spine Clinic here in Ankur Apartment quite some time ago. Paschim Vihar is where we work every day, specifically at No. 42 A /GH-2. It is usually a quiet spot, though you can hear the neighbors going about their business. People come in with all sorts of back pains or things that are bothering their nerves. Mostly we just try to figure out what is going on with their spine. It is a small place and not fancy at all. You might see us grabbing a quick tea nearby when things slow down for a minute. We keep our files as organized as we can, but the desk gets crowded on Monday mornings. Sometimes the lift in the apartment building is slow, so some people just take the stairs to reach us. The clinic is just another part of the neighborhood. We know many of the regular faces who live nearby. It is definitely not like those big corporate hospitals where you feel like just a number. We spend our time talking about symptoms and how to manage things at home. Working on spine issues requires a lot of sitting and listening. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have seen many patients from the local blocks over the years. It’s just our daily work. Nothing more, nothing less. We just hope to help folks get through their day without so much discomfort.
