Our place is on Plot No. 17 right on Shivalik Road in Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. We work with induction equipment, which is mostly about heating and metal. It’s technical work but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The office is small and the workshop takes up most of the space because that’s where the real work happens. We have a small team of guys who’ve been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. Sometimes the traffic on Shivalik Road makes it hard for deliveries to get in, but we manage. We aren't really into big presentations or sales pitches. People usually find us because they need something specific fixed or built. We have a few desks shoved into the corner for the paperwork, but nobody likes sitting there for too long. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the furnaces going, but we have some fans that help a bit. We just try to keep the customers happy by finishing the work on time. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid building where we get our hands dirty. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. It’s a bit faded now but everyone still finds us when they need some help.
