Our shop is at 1043/9 in the Akash Deep Complex, over in Govind Puri, Kalkaji. It’s a busy corner of Delhi, and the complex itself always has people coming and going. We’ve been here for a good while now, squeezed in with all the other businesses. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve made it work for us. Every morning, we roll up the shutters and get started. Usually, the first thing we do is clear some space so we can move around properly. Govind Puri is a lively place, and you never know who might walk in with a question or needing something. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to run a decent business and keep our customers coming back. Sometimes the traffic in Kalkaji makes it hard for deliveries to get to us on time, but we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of small details. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just name ourselves Shiv Shakti Enterprises and try to do a solid job every single day. If you’re ever in Akash Deep Complex, you’ll likely see us there, just working away in our little corner. We just open the doors and get to it.
