Shiiesh Malpani And Associates operates from number 48 in the H.I.G Duplex area of Chander Nagar in Gaziabad. Since we are in a duplex, the office has a bit of a different feel than a typical block building. It feels much more like a home, and that seems to help everyone stay relaxed while they work. We have the main desks set up on the ground floor. The walls are mostly bare, but we have plenty of shelves to hold all the folders and registers that accumulate over the months. Chander Nagar is a decent neighborhood where you see the same familiar faces every day. There is a small park just down the road where we sometimes go if we need a few minutes of fresh air during the afternoon. The office does not have a big reception area or any corporate decorations. We just have our name on the door so people know they have found the right house. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, so the first thing we do every morning is wipe down the tables and the computer screens. It is just a part of the daily grind. We sit at our stations, talk to the people who stop by, and keep the records in order. It is a quiet and predictable life for the most part. We do our work in this house and then we head home when the sun goes down.
