We’re tucked away in the lower ground floor at Plot No. L-9 in Kalkaji. It’s right near the Kalkaji Metro Station, which makes it easy for the staff to get in every morning. Shiddika Coating Pvt. Ltd. isn’t some huge factory; it’s more of a practical workspace in a busy part of South Delhi, close to Chittranjan Park. Being in a basement level means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief. We spend our days dealing with different coating materials. The space is filled with tubs, stirrers, and various samples we’ve worked on over the months. It’s not the quietest spot since the metro is right there, but you stop noticing the vibrations after a week or two. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people who come here are looking for us specifically. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor while we discuss the day’s tasks. There’s no corporate dress code here; we wear what’s comfortable for getting the job done. Sometimes the lighting is a bit dim, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we’re doing. It’s a tight-knit group. We’ve been in this Kalkaji spot for a while and know the neighborhood well. It’s a decent place to put in an honest day’s work without any fuss.
