You can find Shenco Valves Private Limited over at G-25 in the Triveni Commercial Complex. We’re located in Sheikh Sarai Phase-I, which is a fairly easy spot to find once you’re in the neighborhood. The complex itself has been around for a while, and it’s got that lived-in feel to it. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of technical drawings for the valves we deal with. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate vibe. It’s more about the nuts and bolts of the business here. Most days involve talking to suppliers and checking on shipping schedules. It gets pretty loud in the hallways of the complex during the middle of the day, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We handle everything right from this ground-floor unit. There isn't a lot of extra space, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of inventory coming through. We don't have a team of people to answer the phones with a script. It’s usually just whoever is closest to the desk that picks up. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and haven't seen much reason to move. It’s a practical location for what we do, and it gets us through the work week without too much drama. We just focus on the orders we have and keep things simple for everyone.
