Shekhar Digital Hub

Our little spot is tucked away on the second floor of the DDA flats in Shahpur Jat. It's not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the Rainbow Bakery nearby, but once you're up here, we have all the digital stuff set up. We handle a lot of printing and scanning for the folks living in the apartments and the designers around the area. It’s usually just a couple of us working the machines. The printers can be loud sometimes, especially when there’s a big job running late in the afternoon. We started Shekhar Digital Hub because we saw people needing a place to get their documents sorted without going too far. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for the computers and the heavy-duty gear we use. Sometimes the internet acts up, like it does everywhere else, but we manage. People come in with pen drives or just email us things to print out. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the small sign near the stairs. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our day sitting in front of screens or reloading paper trays. It’s work, and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. If you need a copy made or a file sent, this is where we are, right above the street noise. We just focus on getting the prints right and making sure the files look okay.
