Our place is called Shanti Homeopathy Clinic And Pharmacy. We are located at Z-24-25 on Pankha Road. Specifically, we are on Street No-22. It is in the West Sagar Pur area, not too far from Vashisht Park. If you live around here, you probably know the street. It’s a mix of homes and small shops. We have both the clinic and the pharmacy in the same spot, which makes things easier for us and the people who come in. We have been in West Sagar Pur for a long time. The pharmacy part keeps us pretty busy with stocking and organizing all the different remedies. It is a narrow street sometimes, but we like the location. It feels like a proper neighborhood clinic. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal. Usually, someone is just behind the counter or in the back. The park is a good landmark for people who aren't from this specific block of Pankha Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a lot of talking to people and figuring out what they need from the pharmacy. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Delhi. We just want to provide homeopathy to the folks who live nearby in Sagar Pur. It’s a simple operation and that is how we like to keep it. We are just part of the regular life on Street No-22.
