Shalimar Rubber & Plastic Industries

Our office is at 312 in the RG Trade Tower, located in Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura. It’s a very commercial area. There are food joints everywhere and lots of people walking around at all hours. Shalimar Rubber & Plastic Industries is the name on our door. We’ve been here for several years. We don't actually do the manufacturing here in the tower; this is more of our administrative and sales spot. The manufacturing happens elsewhere, but this is where we talk to clients and handle the orders. It’s a standard office setup. We have samples of various rubber parts and plastic components lying around on the desks. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We deal with a lot of factory owners and suppliers. The phone rings a lot, usually people checking on their shipping dates. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that does everything. We prefer talking to people directly. Pitampura is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a straightforward life. We sell rubber and plastic parts, we make sure they get delivered, and we try to keep things at a price people can afford. That’s really all there is to it. We just stay focused on the orders and keep the process going.
