We set up shop at S-524, 104 Agarwal Complex, which is on the first floor here in Shakarpur. It’s a handy spot on Vikas Marg, even if the parking around here is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been running this healthcare business as a private limited setup for some years now. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us trying to keep the medical supplies moving. We deal with various healthcare products that clinics and doctors use daily. Every morning, we start by checking the orders that came in overnight. The office is functional, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for what we need. We use simple desks and have shelves lined with folders and samples. It feels right to just be normal people doing a job. You won't find us using big buzzwords or trying to sound more important than we are. We just want to make sure the equipment gets to the right place. Sometimes the internet goes down or the courier is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a local business vibe even though we have "Pvt. Ltd." in our name. We know the other shop owners in the complex and we like being part of the community here. We just try to get the work done right every single day.
