Our shop is at B50/65 on the ground floor of Street Number 5. If you know where the Dwarka Mor Metro Station is, we are right near Gate Number 2. It’s a very easy place to find because the metro station is such a big landmark. Being on the ground floor makes it simple for people to just walk in when they are passing by. We do a lot of trading here. There is always stuff coming in and going out. The street can get pretty crowded, especially during rush hour when everyone is using the metro. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant flow of people. Inside, we keep things organized as best as we can, though sometimes boxes pile up when a new shipment arrives. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We are just a group of people trying to run a trading business in a busy part of town. Most of our customers are locals or people who commute through Dwarka Mor. We talk to a lot of different people every day. Some just want to ask questions, while others know exactly what they are looking for. We try to keep it simple and honest. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don't, we say that too. It’s a practical way to run things and it has served us well so far. We are just regular people working hard.
