Our office and warehouse are at Plot No J 6/141 in Rajouri Garden. It is a busy part of town and the street can get quite narrow when trucks are trying to pull in. We handle a lot of imports and exports, so there is always some kind of paperwork to deal with or boxes to move around. The space is mostly filled with crates and shipping labels. It is not exactly a place for lounging around. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to people about where their stuff is or when it is going to arrive. We have been in this location for quite a while, so we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter than it is now. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is just a small team of us. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the manifests and check the inventory. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed and we have to spend the whole day figuring out why. That is just how the business goes. We do not have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If people need to know something, they usually just call us up or stop by the plot. We keep everything moving as best as we can. It is hard work but it keeps us busy from the morning until the sun goes down.
