Service Equipment Industry

You can find us at the Kanchanjunga Building on Barkhamba Road. We are on the Upper Ground Floor, which is convenient because you don’t have to wait for the elevators much. Service Equipment Industry has been around this area for quite some time. Barkhamba is one of those places that never really stops moving. It is right in the middle of everything. Inside the office, it is mostly about machinery and service parts. We have shelves of manuals and catalogs that have seen better days. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the stuff we keep around, but we know where everything is. The team here just gets on with it. We handle a lot of inquiries about parts and equipment maintenance. It isn't a place for fancy decorations or anything like that. We have some old desks and plenty of tea being made throughout the day. Delhi summers can be tough in these older buildings, but we make do. People stop by to talk about their equipment needs or just to drop off papers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us answering the phones and keeping the records straight. We’ve seen the street outside change a lot over the years, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. It is just a practical workspace for people who know their equipment. We show up, help out whoever calls, and try to keep things running. It's a living.
