Servel

We are based out of S-15 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II. The name on the door is Servel, and we’ve been in this spot for quite some time. Okhla is a massive place, so it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the phase numbers. Our unit is mostly filled with equipment and parts for the electronics we handle. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the storage area and the packing tables. There’s no air conditioning in the main part of the shop, so it gets pretty warm in the middle of the day. We usually have the fans going full blast. It’s a hands-on kind of job, and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and get to it. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning, so we’re a tight-knit group. We know the local tea stall around the corner better than we know any fancy restaurants. It’s just a practical, hardworking environment where we try to stay on top of the orders. No frills, just the daily grind in Okhla. We pack everything up by evening and get ready to do it again.
