We’ve been over here at F-315 on M.B. Road for a while now. Lado Sarai is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Most days, it’s just us figuring out how to get the health care supplies where they need to go without getting stuck in the local traffic. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical office where we keep our records and handle the phones. We started Sep Health Care (P) Ltd. because we saw a real need for reliable supplies in this part of town. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up in the summer, but we get through it. People come by to pick things up or just to talk about what they need for their clinics. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the road noise, but we like being right in the middle of things. We have a small team here. We know each other well and know who handles which task. If someone calls, they usually get one of us directly, not some machine. We don’t really do big speeches or glossy brochures. We just focus on the boxes in the warehouse and making sure the paperwork is right. It gets dusty sometimes, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home for the business. We try to stay organized, even when the orders pile up on the desk. That’s just how it goes on M.B. Road most weeks.
