We are located in Vikas Surya Plaza, which is at plot number 7 on road number 44 in Rani Bagh. Our unit is UG-1, so we are on the upper ground floor. It’s a busy plaza with a lot of different businesses around us. We have been in this spot for some time now. The area of Rani Bagh is always full of life and there is a lot of movement in the local property market. Our office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with clients. It’s not a very large space, but it works for what we need to do. We spend our time tracking house prices and looking into different plots available in North West Delhi. There’s usually a bit of noise from the road outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the local area well. People often drop in while they are out doing their shopping in Rani Bagh. We don't do any big advertising. Most people just find us because they saw our sign at the plaza. We handle the paperwork for buying and selling property around here. It’s honest work and we just take it day by day without any fancy corporate talk. We make sure to keep our records straight and answer the phone whenever it rings. It’s a pretty basic operation but it’s ours and we stay busy with it.
