We are located in the Deepak Building, specifically at units 23 and 24 at 13 Nehru Place. Anyone who lives in Delhi knows that Nehru Place is basically the heart of the electronics and computer trade. It is always incredibly busy, with people shouting, cables everywhere, and thousands of people walking around every single hour. Our space in the Deepak Building is our little corner in all that chaos. We have two units side by side, which gives us enough room to store our opto solutions and have a small area for the staff to sit. It’s a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot of inventory into the space, but that’s just how it is in Nehru Place. You learn to move around the stacks of boxes without tripping. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as we can find the parts we need and the computers are working, we are happy. It’s a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick to keep up with everything. We’ve been here long enough to know many of the other shop owners in the building. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure our customers get their orders amidst the madness of the market.
