Sembcorp Logistics

Sembcorp Logistics is based out of Kaushambi in Ghaziabad. We’re at 153, Block-III, in Ashapush Vihar. It’s quite close to the Anand Vihar area, which is always humming with activity and people. Being near the border of Delhi means there’s constant movement of goods. We deal with all the logistics stuff that keeps businesses running. Our office in Ashapush Vihar isn’t anything too flashy. It’s just where the planning happens. We spend our time looking at routes and managing how things get from point A to point B. The traffic around Anand Vihar can be a real headache, especially in the mornings, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve got a small team here who knows the area well. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks without making a big deal out of it. Logistics is one of those things where you’re busy one minute and then waiting on a truck arrival the next. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate office. We’re just a local branch doing our part in the supply chain. Ghaziabad is a tough place for transport sometimes because of the congestion, but we’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts and the best times to move things. It's just a matter of keeping the paperwork straight and the drivers on schedule. We mostly just drink tea and talk about the routes.
