You can find SELMEX Industries on Fiaz Road in Karol Bagh, at T2312. Karol Bagh is one of those places in Delhi that never really sleeps, so there is always a lot of shouting, horns honking, and people moving goods back and forth. Our building is right in the thick of it. We have been here for years, and the walls have that worn-in look that comes from a lot of work being done. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the materials and equipment we keep on hand. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things, checking the quality of what comes in, and making sure the orders go out on time. The space isn't huge, so we have to be organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. We have a small crew, and we all know exactly where everything is kept, from the smallest tool to the largest crate. It gets dusty, and the noise from the street never really stops, but we are used to it by now. In the afternoons, we might grab a quick snack from a vendor on Fiaz Road before getting back to the tasks at hand. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working together to keep the business running. It is a practical way of living, and we take pride in just doing the work well without needing any fancy titles or polished office furniture.
