Our office is on Street Number 2 in West Vinod Nagar, Delhi. If you are looking for B - 263, that is us. We handle international shipping and all the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of forms and checking regulations for different countries. The office is usually piled high with folders and documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone with ports and customs people. West Vinod Nagar is a crowded place, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We have a small group of people working here who know the shipping business inside out. We don’t really go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they need someone who knows how to handle a container or a small crate going overseas. It is a lot of logistics and tracking numbers. We stay busy year-round because stuff is always moving somewhere. Sometimes things get delayed at sea and we have to explain that to people, which isn't the fun part of the job. But when a shipment finally arrives where it's supposed to, it feels good to tick it off the list. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now and we have a routine that works for us. It’s just a normal office doing its best to keep up with the world and all the rules that keep changing for international freight. It keeps us on our toes.
