We are tucked away in Lane No.-9 over in Arjun Nagar, right near the Safdarjang Enclave area in Delhi. Scanwell Logistics Pvt Ltd has been based here at Ho.No.-11 for some time. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, but we manage our logistics operations from this spot just fine. It’s not a huge warehouse or a glass tower, just a practical office where we handle the paperwork and coordination. Delhi can be pretty hectic, so having our base in this part of town works for us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or tracking shipments on the computer. It’s mostly about making sure things get from point A to point B without any drama. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We’re just local people doing a job. Sometimes the lanes get a bit crowded with parked cars, which makes it tricky, but we’re used to it. Our day usually starts early with a lot of checking in on where drivers are. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to get through the day's list without any big headaches. People in the neighborhood know us as the logistics guys. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as the Delhi traffic allows, which isn't always easy. We just take it one shipment at a time and finish the day.
