SATV - Architects + Consultants

We have been based in A5 Derawal Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a quiet enough spot in Model Town compared to some of the busier parts of the city. Most of our days are spent tucked away inside, looking at drawings and trying to figure out how to make things work for the people who hire us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we can spread out our maps and papers without them getting in the way of everyone. Being consultants and architects means we spend a lot of time talking through details that most people wouldn't even think about. Sometimes we are out on site checking progress, but usually, you can find one of us here at the Model Town address. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office park. We have a few desks, some old computers, and plenty of coffee mugs lying around. It gets a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up, but that is just how this kind of work goes for us. We don't really do much advertising; people just seem to find us through word of mouth or they see the sign when they are walking through Derawal Nagar. It’s a practical workspace for the whole team. We just try to stay focused and get the designs right so the final result is exactly what was needed. There's always something to do, whether it's answering calls or fixing plans.
