Our office is located at 1204 Rohit House, which is on 3 Tolstoy Marg. It's an older building but it has its own character. Sanyo Koreatex Pvt.Ltd. has been here for years. Tolstoy Marg is a busy part of the city, so there’s always the sound of horns and people moving about outside the windows. Inside the office, it’s a bit more settled. We have the 12th floor view, which is interesting when it rains over Delhi. The space is filled with the usual office stuff—filing cabinets, some old computers, and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just have a small entrance area where you sign in. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing people about textiles and exports. It’s a steady pace of work. We know the security guys at Rohit House pretty well by now. The elevators are a bit slow and can get crowded, but you get used to it. Sanyo Koreatex Pvt.Ltd. isn’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team working out of this office. We take our tea breaks together and discuss what needs to be done for the week. It’s a very ordinary way to run a business, but it works for us.
