If you’re driving down the Ring Road in Naraina, you might have passed us. Sanxin Electrical Pvt. Ltd. is right there at CB-336, pretty close to the petrol pump. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the landmark. We’re mostly focused on electrical items here. The shop isn't shiny or new-looking, but it stays organized enough for us to find what we need. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout a bit, but that's just life on the Ring Road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. There are a few of us here who have been around for years. We know the regulars by name and they know us. We don't use those scripted greetings when someone calls. It's usually just a "hello" and getting straight to whatever the problem is. The shelves are mostly full of stock, and there's always a cup of tea somewhere on a desk. We like it this way. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for a business like ours. You won’t find any big marketing posters here. We just have our name on the front and the tools we need inside. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up and get through the list of things to do for the day. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, so we all get along pretty well.
