We are located on the Main Burari Road, specifically at 122/15/1/2 in the Sant Nagar area. This part of Burari is always crowded, and the dust from the road is something we just live with. The shop is full of wires, switchgear, and all sorts of electrical components stacked up to the ceiling. It’s not exactly organized like a supermarket, but we know where everything is. My father started this place, and I’ve been here since I was a teenager helping out after school. We see a lot of local contractors and homeowners coming in looking for specific parts that the bigger stores don't bother to keep. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the buses going by, but inside we just focus on the customer in front of us. We spend a lot of time testing equipment on the back bench to make sure it's working before it leaves the shop. The inventory is always changing, so there's always something new to unpack and put away. We don't have a website or any of that, mostly just word of mouth from people in Sant Nagar. It's a simple operation where we open the shutters at nine and close up when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if a big shipment comes in. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay helpful to the neighbors.
