Sanjay Auto Parts

We are located at 11/1130-C, Block 39, in the Nai Walan area of Karol Bagh. Anyone who knows Delhi knows that Karol Bagh is the heart of the auto parts trade. Our shop is right in the middle of those narrow streets that are always packed with motorcycles, carts, and people carrying boxes. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the walls to stack our inventory. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, filled with everything from gaskets to headlamps. Finding a specific part usually involves a bit of climbing and moving things around. It’s a fast-paced environment; the phone rings constantly and customers are always standing at the counter waiting. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time, and we know most of the other shop owners on the block. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the orders that came in overnight. There is a lot of dust because of the constant movement outside, so we spend a fair bit of time wiping down the counters. It’s a bit of a maze in here, but we have a system that works for us. We do not do anything fancy like online tracking; we just know our stock and we talk to our customers face to face. It’s a busy, noisy, and cramped life, but we would not really know what else to do.
