Salar Organic Foods Llp

Salar Organic Foods Llp is over in the Nangal Dewat part of Rang Puri. We are on the first floor of Plot No B-10, right at the front side. It’s quite close to Vasant Kunj, but a bit more tucked away. We decided to get into organic stuff because it seemed like the right thing to do, though it’s a lot more work finding the right suppliers. Our office and storage space is pretty basic. We don’t have a big showroom or anything. Mostly, we spend our time checking batches and talking to farmers on the phone. The area around here is a mix of old village feel and new buildings. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the shelves. It’s just three of us running the show. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to sell food that isn't full of chemicals. It’s harder than it looks to keep everything sorted. We get deliveries at odd hours sometimes because of the traffic restrictions in South West Delhi. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of paperwork and heavy lifting, but we like the products we handle. There’s no big corporate board here, just us trying to make a living and providing something decent to eat. We hope to stay in this spot for many more years as long as the rent doesn't go up too much. It is a quiet corner for our little team.
