T R S Total Cleaning Solutions operates out of No. 92 D in Madangir Village, Saket. We aren't some big corporate cleaning firm with shiny offices. Our place is where we keep the mops, the heavy vacuums, and the various cleaning liquids we need for the day. Every morning, we meet up, check the list of jobs, and load the gear into the vehicle. It is hard work and often quite tiring, but we’ve been doing it long enough to have a good rhythm. Some days we are scrubbing old floors and other days we are just doing a basic tidy-up for a local shop. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell ourselves with big promises. We just show up and do the cleaning. Madangir Village is a busy spot, and being based here makes it easy to get around to our regular clients. We don't have a marketing department; most of our work comes from neighbors telling each other about us. Sometimes we have to deal with tough stains that take hours to get out, but that’s just part of the business. We keep our equipment in the back and try to stay organized so we don't lose the smaller brushes or rags. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we take it one day at a time. We are just local people working in the community we know and we try to finish every job as best as we can.
