Ashiana Housing Ltd.

We are based over at 304 in Southern Park, right in Saket Center. It is a busy spot to be every day. Ashiana Housing Ltd. isn't some giant faceless thing; we are just the folks working out of this office. Some days it is pretty quiet while others are just a mess of paperwork and phone calls. We spend a lot of time thinking about where people live and how those buildings actually work for them. It is not always easy work. There are lots of moving parts when you are dealing with housing. You have to keep track of a thousand little details or things just fall apart. The office here in Saket is where we get most of that done. We have been in this area long enough to know the local rhythms. People stop by sometimes or call in with questions about projects we have going on. We try to give them straight answers without a lot of fluff. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the printer jams, just like anywhere else. We just keep plugging away at the tasks on our desks. It’s mostly about making sure the plans turn into real walls and roofs. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with being a housing company. It’s what we do from morning until we lock up the doors in the evening at Southern Park. We just keep our focus on the daily chores and the big plans alike. It is a long process from start to finish, and we are right here in the middle of it all.
