We are located at D 1/3 in Okhla Phase II, which is a pretty industrial part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s full of factories, warehouses, and lots of people working hard. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. We handle freight, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. The roads here can be pretty rough, especially when the big lorries are trying to turn around in the narrow lanes. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and talk to drivers. There is usually a lot of dust and noise from the nearby units, but that is just part of the daily life in an industrial estate like Phase II. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, though it’s still as busy as ever. Most mornings start with checking the schedules and seeing which shipments are running late or which ones arrived early. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just make sure the freight gets where it is supposed to go. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in after dark. It is just the way the freight business goes in a city like Delhi, and we keep at it.
