Sai Auto Parts is tucked into the Naiwala area of Karol Bagh. We are at Plot No. 1918/43. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how tight the lanes can be, especially near Chappar Wala Chowk. It’s a hectic place to work, but there is an energy to it that you don’t find anywhere else. Our shop is mostly filled with boxes of parts piled up high. We have to be careful when we move around so we don’t knock anything over. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a clean floor or a quiet atmosphere. There’s always someone shouting for a price or a delivery guy trying to squeeze his bike through the crowd outside. We have been here for a while and have seen the market change, but the demand for parts never seems to slow down. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on. It gets pretty loud with all the horns and people talking, but we’re used to it. We don't have a lot of space for customers to sit, so people usually just stand at the counter and tell us what they are looking for. We do our best to find the right part in the stacks. It’s just a regular shop in a very busy market where everyone is just trying to get their business done.
