Sai Aquafresh

Our shop is at X-10 on the second floor in the West Patel Nagar Main Market. Being in the main market means it’s always loud and there are people everywhere downstairs. You have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to find Sai Aquafresh. We mostly deal with water purifiers and all the bits and pieces that go with them. The office is quite small and it’s usually packed with filter cartridges and plastic tubing. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of service calls coming in at once. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to customers or coordinating with the technicians who are out on their bikes. It’s a hot place in the summer because we are up on the second floor, but we keep the windows open to catch a breeze. We don't have any fancy marketing displays or glossy brochures. We just have our desks and our spare parts. People from the local blocks usually just drop by when their machine starts leaking or the water tastes a bit off. We’ve been in this market for a while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a very basic, practical business and we just try to keep up with the daily demand of the neighborhood. We close up once the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
