Safexpress Pvt Ltd is based in an SFS flat in Shalimar Bagh, specifically at Da-60. It is a bit unusual to have an office in a flat, but it works for us. It makes the place feel a bit more like a home than a cold corporate office. We spend our days here looking at delivery schedules and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. Shalimar Bagh is a nice residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the industrial parts of Delhi, which we appreciate. However, parking our delivery vehicles can be a real nightmare sometimes. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans. We just handle the packages and make sure they get to the right address. The office is usually a bit crowded with boxes and files, but we manage to find our way around. We are just regular people doing a job that involves a lot of coordination. We don't try to sound like experts; we just use our experience to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a delivery getting delayed by rain, and we just have to figure it out. We have been in this location for quite some time now, and we are happy to stay right here in Delhi-88. It is just a straightforward business run by people who know the city well.
